Our training and employment program InspiRide is for people 16+ who are not in training, education or employment. Our 6 week course will teach trainees about bike mechanics (with the opportunity to do a City&Guilds course), bike riding, volunteering, employability skills, team building and much more. Trainees will get to choose, build and keep their own bike, allowing them access to sustainable, green transport after their course is finished. The aim is to move trainees on to positive destinations, whether that's employment, further training or volunteering or a improved sense of self and self-confidence.
